One-day Courses on Meditation and Buddhism

From April to June, the Centre will only have one public teaching every month. These whole-day teachings will be delivered by Gen Kelsang Rabten. Gen Rabten is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for New Zealand and Australia and concurrent Resident Teacher of KMC Hong Kong.

The schedule for each course:
Morning Session:
Teaching: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Coffee Break: 11:30 am to 12:00 am
Guided Meditation: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Afternoon Session:
Teaching: 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Coffee Break: 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Guided Meditation and Q&A: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Admission is free but donations are welcome.

All teachings and meditation will be held at the training facility of the Philippine Center for Creative Imaging (PCCI) at 2247 Chino Roces Avenue, (formerly Pasong Tamo St.), Makati City (in front of MC Home Depot).
